    Hi eveyone i looking for a RSS submiting software (prefferable free). Please suggest me which tool to use.

    allscoop.com has a software called "RSS Submit Pro" and it is a "freeware" program.

    Hope this works for you. If not Google it there a bunch of free and trial options out there im sure you find one that suits you.

    You can use Traffic-Bug.com which submits to many RSS directories in addition to search engines, directories and social bookmarks. Further, you can also use Web 2.0 mayhem if you like.
