Looking for Rss Feeds websites builders

    I want to build a few websites based on some of my domains so I´m looking for experienced people that could build a simple Rss Feeds (for the keywords I give) and build simple website that must be automated (that no daily work is required)

    Here are some of my requirments.

    1. Clean and nice design.
    2. Must show previous websites or works.
    3. Must have good irate.
    4. I need 4 or 5 websites (maybe more) so I need a special price.
    5. The webiste must have a SEO.
    6. I´m paying with Paypal.
