Selling Looking for right person to take over sport streaming website.

I have a sport streaming website earning over $500 a week. Proof of earnings is available, however, I do not have google analytics installed for traffic statistics. I am looking to sell the website as I have other projects taking all my time. I have developed a unique way to market the website and earn me over $500 a week.

The website takes about 1 hour a day to run. You can potentially earn more with my black hat methods, up to $1k a day which I will explain how to do in the marketing document, however, I do not suggest going with this method as it could get you banned from different networks. Either way, the buyer will get this information.

I am not looking to sell to the highest bidder, rather sell to the person who is willing to work on my marketing technique and keep the site rolling. All streaming links are automatically updated, all you have to do it work about 1 hour a day and you will see earnings.

What are you talking about? Yes I was selling it for $500 minus the domain and website, just for a document stating the method of marketing, but I still decided not to sell 1 copy of it. I've had so many people interested but I decided to sell my website with the method, instead of selling the method to 3 people and over saturate the method.
