I tried to use them about six months ago, lol...but never could get any response to emails, so I gave up... maybe they are different now. iirc, their tracking was fair....crediting not the best out there, so really no big loss, and few incent offers anyway (which is what I needed). Sorry can't be more help.
I am using them and i found them to be pretty good in terms of support, got my payouts mostly on time and their back end tracking was fairly simple but a bit slow. All in all a pretty good outfit.
