I am looking for a high pr site(s) ( high 6 or 7) that is respected in all three search engines and has been established for at least two years.... All niches considered except for the usual adult, pills, gambling....

Revenue is a plus and will be used to determine what I think the site is worth...

Please PM the following if interested:

    url
    Age Of Site
    Revenue
    SERP Listings (keywords)
    Traffic (uniques)
    Asking Price

I will not reply unless all of the above is listed in the pm.. especially the asking price.. obviously I want to get the site at the lowest cost possible and you want to sell it at the highes cost possible.. With that said, I am asking the seller to name the price first...

Will go through escrow company and will pay fees for right site.

$30k for a pr 6 or 7 site? You thoughts are way too low. I have a pr 5 site that generates $4k in adsense each month plus sales, and I'd consider $30k a low down payment for it.

It all depends on revenue. You might find a PR 5-6 site that just doesn't make money for whatever reason. That would be worth less than 30k in my opinion. However, the majority of PR 6-7 sites are probably clearing 30k every 3-4 months. Which would put their value more likely around 80-100k if they were solid sites with good history.

    In any case, good luck!

I have 2 PR5 websites which I can consider selling (not much revenue) and I have another website www.somejokes.com doing around $350+ in revenue every month, which I have a high bin at another forum for $3600(I can provide a link if required), and my BIn is $5000. It's PR4 www.somejokes.com expected to hit PR5 atleast in the next update.

If I know Lorien, they are a lot smarter than that ;)

Once you are making an earning from an AdSense site, you should never share it in a forum

(damn that limit for spreading rep around :p)

Yep I sure am LOL. I got more PMs on that post than I have for any other post I did though LOL. Not sure if people read the post right or not though. It'd take a good six figures for me to even toy with selling it. heh.

I do have a PR5 site I am looking to get rid of (article site - mainly article city content with some unique of my own) though if anyone is interested. Looking at about $2000. Has gotten up to $500/month in adsense revenue in the past, down to about $70 now cuz it got whacked. About 800 recipricoal links (I assume thats the reason for its whacking) so merging it into another domain would be easy.

I also have a PR 4 recipe site (www.terrificrecipes.com) that gets about 900 uniques/month and is fully indexed by google (About 1000 pages - I also have a list of about 40,000 recipes to put on it) that I might be interested in selling. $1000 for that one.

    Hi,

I have a reference site at http://www.onelang.com, it's a high PR6, was PR7 earlier this year and I've had an SEO guy working on it the past couple of months. There's around 2200 visitors a day at the moment and slightly under $300 a month AdSense, although this has only been running a month, and text links bring in around $300 as well. It has a huge number of pages and Google/Yahoo have recently been crawling it massively, over 400,000 hits from Google last month, so due to the size it has almost unlimited traffic potential. If you're interested send me a PM as I'd be happy to hear from you,

    All the Best,
    Jeremy
