What about affiliateannounce.com I think you have to pay a fee and then your affiliate program will be submitted to a variety of affiliate program directories accrossed the web.
affiliate annouce is good for those that don't have the time, but you can quickly get listed by submitting your listing to the top affiliate directories. i try to change the titles to help rank for different kinds of keywords for my program such as: phone card affiliate program calling card affiliate program telecom affiliate program etc. to benifit from what these listing may rank for in addition to the traffic that comes in to check out telecom affiliate programs. good luck.
I have never used affiliate annouce. I have only realised they exist because I have been cotacted by them and told that they submit to my site and they wanted a link exchange which I had done over 6 months ago and they never gave me a link back. I definately didn't like that as they were the ones that approached me with this link exchange thing and they never kepted their word. I sent them an email and they still haven't added my site. I have knocked them another email yesturday and if they don't add my site soon then they are out of my link exchange directory.
