    Just deposit $1499 into your account and then request a refund, the pricing stays the same, if you don't have the cash on you, use a credit card.

    The only people with accounts that low run business's with them, and they would not give it to you.

    Yes I heard about this....but If I do so I'll lose ~100$ because of money conversions...
    Anyway...I think this is the better solution in the end

    I can almost guarantee that if anyone actually was selling the account that it would cost you a lot mor ethen $100.

    People don't sell the actual account, but someone with those account levels can set you up a reseller under them... Granted, you may pay a little bit more, so they still make some profit off you, but it's alot easier than scraping together $1500. If you look hard enough, you should be able to find someone willing to do this.

    The only reason I'm not taking this approach is because since you aren't working directly with ResellerClub, you're kind of at the mercy of the person you have the account through.
