I am looking for something better than ajax windows to rebuild the admin panel for Arcadem Pro software that I am working on for the owner of Agares Media. The problem with the existing AJAX windows is they are resource hungry and loaded with procedural code which I am converting to OOP. However, I am looking for AJAX like windows that is easier to use. I want to make a SDK for it that is developer friendly and looking for a replacement javascript, preferably jquery/AJAX based. We might be willing to pay for it if price is reasonable. Anyone with leads on good software for this purpose, please contact me. I looked at several, but so far all I found in my searches use obsolete code and have not been updated since 2007 and ones I found that were recently updated were either not what I wanted or pretty lame and not suitable as a professional grade product.
Have you looked at dhtmlx.com http://dhtmlx.com/docs/products/dhtmlxWindows/index.shtml I haven't used the Windows but have used their other products with great results ...
