I hate proposing to folks they can use joomla but for 100 dollars you are stuck with something like this http://extensions.joomla.org/extensions/vertical-markets/real-estate/6755/details or http://www.mosets.com/ hope that helps, there are a few real estate related solutions that work nicely with Joomla. I just prefer to do stuff custom. They are however sound enough to get the job done fairly soundly. You just need to keep track of security updates for Joomla. Nigel
