I've been looking at places like ePassporte and ePay, but ePay doesn't support reloading the card from a real credit card (only from a bank transfer), and ePassporte requires you to enter the same contact/address info from the real card that you'll use to fund the virtual card to be able to fund it. It's all a little complicated, but all I'm looking for is a place that has a reloadable virtual debit card, which I can fund with any real credit/debit card I choose. And one that I can fund with various real cards. EDIT: BTW, ePassporte no longer accepts loading funds with a MasterCard, for some random reason. So, I can't use them.
I can't get Payoneer because they require a US shipping address, and a social security number (neither of which I have).
There are certain things that I want to use my credit card for (like porn sites). And I don't trust these places with my real card number, or my real info/address. So, I want an anonymous reloadable virtual debit card which I can use instead, which has no personal info on it.
Why don't you use those fake Credit Card Generators to get pass such porn sites? I mean, its porn, not worth the buck!
I would suggest you to check with your bank, few years ago I was also looking for virtual credit card, not because I wanted to visit porn sites, but because I didn't have real credit card, anyway I spent hours on searching through net, but didn't find anything reliable. But then I visited the website of my bank and what do you know, they offered thing called U-Kaart. Basically it was virtual Visa that was meant specially for online shopping. It cost less than $1, it was valid for 40 days and could be created/modified instantly through Internet bank. So the moral of my story is that you should first check with your bank and if they don't offer something like this then find new bank. Banks are regulated under laws and generally don't abuse your personal information, but you can never trust some kind of website that sells anonymous VCCs.
Well how about moneybookers.com..? But its not a card but you can reload funds from anything, accept payments, make payments, or even use your local bank to deposit your funds via online transfers
