    300GB of proxy B/W isn't $30/mo :0 But i guess it depends on your server, and network.

    Yes, Cogent bandwidth is cheap, but others are pretty expensive.

    Also, 300 GB for a proxy means around 600 GB for the server, as bandwidth in = bandwidth out , for a server.
