Buying Looking for reliable/prompt person to re-categorize and tag 2,500+ WordPress posts

I have a WordPress travel article directory with 2,517 posts in 274 categories. Most articles are categorized incorrectly, and most do not have proper or adequate tags.

I therefore need someone whose is proficient in (American) English to go through each of these post, one-by-one, via the WordPress backend and/or front-end, and:

1. Check its category and re-categorize the post correctly if necessary. You must drill-down and use the "lowest" appropriate category, not only the top/general category (e.g. "Colorado", not just "USA"); and
2. Provide each post with at least 2 more relevant, content specific, tags (e.g. you could tag it with "England, London", if it's an article about London, England), in addition to the general "travel, vacation, article" tags that were added by me. These 2 additional tags that you add must be relevant, content specific, tags, not just general tags like "country", "subject", "city", "tip", "content", etc. This means you cannot add tags in bulk, you will have to add them individually for each post. So, in the end, each article will have at least 5 tags - the two new, relevant, tags added by you; and the three tags ("travel, vacation, article") already added by me.

Those are the two tasks I require you to do.

But, in order to perform these tasks, you:

1. Might have to briefly read the contents of some articles (from the backend or front-end) to properly tag and categorize them, since the context of some articles may not be evident from the titles alone.
2. Must use "American English" spelling and conventions. E.g. "vacation", not "holiday"; "traveler" not "traveller", etc.

If you already have a positive trader rating and a good history on this forum for this type of service, it will improve your chances of being accepted.
