Looking for reliable long term php programmer

    im looking for a reliable programmer who is experianced with php / css.
    I run several sites, wich keep my quite busy, and i need someone that i can count on to help me with php and css work on a regular basis.

    right now i need one site reprogrammed and im looking for ways to publish a large database that i have as a website.

    If you are an experainced programmer and would like to do regular work, please pm me with your experiance and rates. Please only pm me if you are a long term member here, or another forum where i can check your rep. Please dont pm me if you are from India.
    No offence, but my experiance with indian workers is that they work real hard until they are 80% done, and then dissapear.
