Looking For Reliable Link Builder For Long Term Projects

I'm looking for a reliable link builder to assist with two long term link building projects.

The niches involved are heavy metal music and the second is soccer.

I have some very large lists of sites that can be approached for link exchanges but don't have the time to do it.

I'm looking for traffic as much as rankings from these and require a link builder to approach all these sites and try to arrange link exchanges with them.

I'm not interested in directory links or anything of that sort - just links from the sites I want to get links from.

I'll pay well for this if anyone is interested.
