I am in need of a graphic designer who is available or can be reached during typically business hours within US times zones. Designer should be able to do Flash, and design templates minimally. CSS, English first language, and other skills are a plus but not mandatory. I am in constant need of a graphic designer so if you are a freelance designer who is available please contact me with some typical fees for your work and a portfolio.
