Looking For Recommendation for Manual Article Submission Tool Or Provider

    Hello,

    I am looking to possibly outsource our article submission, but what I really want is a tool that speeds up the process of unique submission to the top 20 article directories. I have dozens of people from india say they will do 250 submissions. I dont care. I distribute unique copies, and am looking for a tool that will let me do it a lot faster, but still the right way. Any help on this one.
