Looking for reasonably priced PHP/MySQL coder

    I'm looking for a relatively reasonably cheap PHP/MySQL coder, preferably a native English speaker.

    I need someone who isn't afraid to use their mind and make suggestions on my sites.

    I will pay per project (or whenever you want to get paid), and will have more projects to ensue if our relationship works out.

    Also prefer someone USA based, and a phone number is a plus (typing projects is sometimes difficult).

    Anyways, let me know.
