More than a joke the OP confused the terms to describe what he is looking for; not "reasonable writers" but retards who take whatever offer is posted here because, after all, they will not offer quality in return. Just wondering how can one expect quality at this rate. You are offering outrageously low.. ..no offense here but even non-native writers would consider this too low. Try revising rates, if you vie to get unique content else you will only get spun or plagiarized content and you will possibly end up getting nothing out of that $1.5 spent.
