Looking for real estate listings

    I have developed a new real estate website. I am trying to increase its incoming traffic. Besides link building, I am looking for a lot of data that I can import to my website. So, I was wondering if copying real estate (for sale or for rent) ads from other sites (e.g. trulia, zillow, homes.com, etc.) is OK or not? Where can I get data? What would be the best strategy? Should I go and talk to realtors/agencies and convince them to post their listings to my website? Any advice will be much appreciated. Thanks.

    i think you should build a list of connections with real estate agents first.
