Looking for Real Estate Lead Affiliate Program

I am looking for a company that provides good payouts for real estate leads as well as mortgage leads.
I prefer one that give you code for your site that you can place a form for visitors to fill out.
Please let me know what you find to work well.

 

I've tried several of them. Nothing works better then adsense.

 

what do you say abou comission junction?

 

if your a rookie maybe yes..but once you start generating large volume , you start thinking, how can I increase my revenue..nothing beat Affliates.

 

Do you have any recommendation? I have the same dilemma as the thread starter. Adsense is so-so in the real estate industry. Perhaps moving supplies? Anyone tried that?

 

I have found a few sites on CJ that seem to work, but nothing that is standstill at the moment.

I also know about IAN.com which is good for travel, but not real estate.

There are several FSBO (for sale by owner) sites that have affiliate programs and also a new breed of sell it yourself real estate sites that get your home in the MLS without a realtor.

What kind of leads are these? I may be interested in purchasing leads, depending on quality.

 

Mostly California home buying leads, mortgage and home loan restructuring leads.

Ameriquest through CJ has worked out well for me in the past.

 

I forgot the mention ProspectZone. They pay up to 35 for mortgage loans
but are one of my clients so if you can drive lots of leads I may be able to get you higher payouts.

They pay different amounts for new loans vs refi, etc. Here is their commission structure. Their forms are also MUCH shorter than other which helps with conversions.
