Basically I have a topsites script in the making, it features a top 15 clicks out (most popular site basically). However, webmasters can submit their site, click their link 50 times and it'll appear on the top of the top 15 sites.. So, currently the script adds 1 to the field link_visitors, but I want to change it to only add 1 per visitor per 24 hour, so even if I clicked it 500 times intending to get 500 clicks out for my site on the topsites it'd only add 1, and then the next day it resets. I'm guessing you'll use cookies or sessions, please PM me quotes.
