Looking for quiz plug in that includes image in each question

    I am looking for a quiz plug in that displays a picture of a dog and four choices. The user will select a choice and a new picture will appear. Each choice will be added to a score.

    Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

    i don't think any such plugin are there ( which display image in Quiz) in Free..!!..
