Looking for Quickie Photoshop Help! (Remove background from pic)

    I am completely Photoshop-illiterate, I admit it. :eek:

    I need someone who can simply remove the background of an image, leaving just the person in the photo.

    If you can help, please let me know! Oh, and let me know your cost, too, please! :)
