I have found that most paid for traffic comes from ppc sites. Most of the users that use these sites are not interested in what websites they are visiting...all they want to do is make money or build credits to show their own website. I would suggest running a Google Adwords campaign if you're willing to pay for traffic.

You can improve your back links by putting ur site`s URL in to ur signature and creating number of posts in various forums.
