Buying Looking for psd-xhtml/css coder - earn $400 a month

    Hello there.

    I am a graphic / web designer from Norway. I have over 6 years of experience, and 2 years in business.

    I am looking for a PSD to xHTML / CSS coder.

    YOU MUST:
    - Code high quality, cross-browser compatible, valid XHTML / CSS markup.
    - Be over 16 years old.
    - Not have more than 5 days turn-around.
    - Have good communication skills.
    - See possibilities, not obstacles.
    - Be creative
    - Have msn.

    You will get paid around $ 100 - $ 200 each project (5-page layout)
    The last two years I have had about 2 projects each month.
    So do you want to earn $ 200 - $ 400 a month?
