Buying Looking for PSD to Wordpress converting service

    Hi,

    I'm looking for a reliable and affordable PSD to Wordpress converting services.

    What I need:
    - w3c validated
    - tableless HTML
    - cross browser compatibility
    - exact conversion (I need the template to look exactly as in the PSD, not in-about-the-same)
    - and most important, you have to be reliable. Means: if you say you'll deliver in X days, I expect it to be so...

    Currently I have 3 projects waiting.

    Please PM me your "starting price", average turnaround time and some references if possible.
