Looking for PSD to HTML/CSS

    Looking for PSD to HTML/CSS Coder. I have many sites to do, and I'm looking for someone who will be available for the next many months. You'll be looking at around 50 projects to start off over a few months, depending on how many sites I get done. So, 2 - 4 a week.

    Requirements:
    minimize images for fast load times
    clean code, and unique code if my templates are similar (no footprints)
    works on all browsers (main browsers)
    w3 tested

    Price range: $20/page. Payment given by paypal after I see that the work is complete.
