I am looking for a good PSD designer to work with me. I would need someone who can create PSD's with reasonable turnaround time. I don't need unlimited revisions, maybe just 3 revisions. What I require though, is someone who would not mind creating a new design if the client dislikes the one they came up with for no additional cost. Lets say the cost is $40 and you create the design, and the client doesn't like it, you would not charge more money to do another design. Depending on the revisions that needs to be done, I may just do it myself. I am looking for someone who can do this for maybe $35. Even cheaper would out you at an advantage.
