Looking for PSD designer

    I am looking for an expert PSD designer. I have a mockup which i created in HTML which works correctly only on Firefox as of now. I am looking for a designer who can take this rough design and build a layered PSD out of it. Most of the creative work is done, but might require a bit of finishing touches, so hopefully this can be done fast and low cost. The designer shall use 960 grid system and organise everything cleanly in layers.

    I am attaching jpg image, which you may want to look at. Please PM me with the cost, relevent portfolio and timeline in which this can be done.
