I am currently using Glype and it has some problems submitting on facebook and myspace. The videos don't load on youtube. Anyone have any recommendations? I was looking at CGI Proxy, but their demo is limited so I can't see if it works. PHP proxy was outdated and I couldn't get Zelune's demo to work.
