Looking for Proxy Pro!

I am starting an proxy network. I can handle everything except getting the sites promoted.

Looking for someone that can help me thur out the network life span and we percentage out the income or looking for someone that will tell me how to promote these sites to get maximum earning for a 1 time payment.
