i want a free proxy hoster for my new site. i dont really care for how much space but need decent bandwidth looking for 99% uptime and supports phpproxy scripts. list your offers and feature.
Erhm, you want free proxy hosting with decent bandwidth AND 99% uptime ? I don't think you will find a reliable provider offering that! If you can't afford running a proxy, then it's not a good idea starting one!
poxys use a lot of system resources and BW which costs the server owner money I dont think you will be finding any that is just going to give it to you for free.. Try posting in the freebies you may find someone that will do it if you put their adds on it.
