Looking for proxy hosting with following requirments

Hi,
I want proxy hosting with at least 200Mb space and 200Gb bandwidth per month, and I'm willing to pay $10 per month. Must have cPanel and WHM.
Before I buy I would like to test the server speed. So please show me what you have got (mention the server spec. also). I need it fast.

You will get hosting in overselling companies(maybe safe)

Hmm i don't know of many reputable hosts that will take your offer because proxy sites are server resource intensive, i could see doing that deal for a non-proxy site.

I have been using them for two of my proxy sites for about 3 weeks and it hasn't gone down yet.

The first step in signing up there is to choose

I want to host there and already own couple of proxy-related domains. But If I select option (c) and update my nameservers to point to those of Hagio, I'll be losing the chance to register free domains (?) [option a]. Do you know if option (a), i.e., domain registration is free and included in the package?
