Looking for Proxy Hosting - VPS/ Dedi

I am looking for a proxy host that actually stays online .

I bought some of OSHQ.com which basically is online 10 minutes a hour :/ overselling i presume but at the price he offered was worth to try it.

So I am looking for a VPS/Dedi.

My proxys are not established yet just domain names.

Please post you recommendations / offers.

I would just to make it clear that OSHQ.com is moving the clients from our first server to a better one and that's the main cause of the downtime right now. On our new, Titan server we didn't get any downtime yet and the Server Load is avg. 0.20
