Looking for proper link builder

    Hi

    Im wondering if anyone can fulfil the following requirements for link building:

    1. Links Will be Theme Related.
    2. No Directories or link farms
    3. Quality Links from aged domains with proper site structure
    4. Permanent One way links
    5. Outbound links on page will be less than 10.
    6. dofollow links
    7. Link will be within content.
