Hi digital point, I have not build a website in 2 years, and want to get back into it. im not looking for any money, just some projects to work on in my spear time, i will only be able to work on them when i get home from work, and on weekends. also looking to build up some new contacts, as all the people i use to do bits and peace's for, are not online anymore. i am based in london, so im +8 hours to the sites clock. Looking to mainly do psd to Html/css (table less) around 5 pages, (maybe more if its a interesting project) also looking to use more jquery, java, and php. but it mite not work at the end Look forword to hearing from you, John.
Let me give you some advice, charge a fee and the clients will take you more seriously, and if you want to build a site for someone do it for yourself and sell it as a theme online. Trust me I did the same mistake claiming I wanted to build my portfolio but it became so overwhelming because everyone wants a site for free and that took up all my time when I could have been selling my work.
I agree with amedno1 but if you just want to work for free why dont you build up something for yourself? a simple site? and donate money you earn from them? or just add up an extra pocket money for yourself???
