Hey I'm looking for a programming partner located in the USA (I may accept people from UK and AU, however USA is preferred). For one, I'd like everyone to recognize I'm looking for a PARTNER. There won't ever be any cash up front, and everything will be split 50/50, unless one does something exceptionally more work than the other. You will be required to be able to program websites using the .PSD file that I provide. Some websites will require html/css, PHP, and even some CMS's including ZenCart, WordPress, Joomla, and maybe some others. Knowledge of JS and Flash is a huge plus! I'm looking for experienced people only, and only people that will be dedicated to the work that I personally give them.
