I want to start a programming community forum. I want to start a free forum where programmers from all field (C,C++,Java,PHP, ASP etc.) will assemble and will share their knowledge or may be like share some small codes and operations and explain its funtionalities and everything. Now i have a forum www.estufs.com/forum but have to re organize everything. But i dont have a group of programmers. I want to create a forum where newbies can come and post there problems... Im a php developer and learner so i can contribute in that department but im looking for more programmers from various fields. I dont get much time so if we all could contribute a little of our knowledge i feel it can help a lot of people. Im not sticking to expert programmers it may be ametuer ones and they have something to share with the world, feel free to hop in.Now if any of you have any idea on how should i proceed with my idea or where i should look for programmers it would be a big help.
