I am looking for a programmer who's willing to partner with me on two anime web sites that I currently own. Both of my current sites are very heavy in traffic with about a combined total around 7.5k uniques per day and I have a lot of plans for it to grow it even more. However, I simply can't keep up the quality of work I want for the websites therefore I want to find a partner who can assist me with a few projects that I have in mind. The two websites are currently grounded under wordpress but I don't mind swtiching to Joombla or something else. This is a long term project and I'm willing to share 30% of my profits with the right programmer.
