If you're really serious about the project, try and keep design and coding seperate. Most coders are BAD designers. Then again, if you find someone crazy enough to code for equity, maybe you should hold on to them .

mkdas1001, of course there are. I don't doubt for a minute that you are an expert developer with above average design skillls. But it's really, really uncommon to achieve total mastery of both fields.
