looking for programmer

I am searching for people who are able to code(program) applications for apple computer/ and maybe also for PC..
small sofware/applications that could be usefull.

I'm looking for a team atm to start some kind of 'company' to create small applications etc..

I have already a few in mind but atm I can't tell you more.
I am looking for a programmer (C++ / .net ) or whatever you code language you need to know to make applications.
