Looking for programmer who has team behind them? php, mysql, ajax

Sup all. Im looking for someone who can help me out with many ongoing projects. I had a guy who was very helpful but fell off the face of the planets. Just looking for someone who can understand my goals and ideas and make them happen. id prefer them to have a team behind them so there is always someone available to be working. I have a highly skilled team of 4 (with me 5) coders.
- 1 who knows a lot about AJAX
- 1 who is a CSS/xHTML coder and damn good to.
- 2 PHP/Mysql Coders
- 1 Designer (thats me) who also does PHP/Mysql.


Next to taking projects we develope our own websites. With:
http://www.pix-hoster.com as our homebase project. We currently are coding version 2.0 of that as well as busy with a website statistics website.
