I have been struggling to find a website script that will suit my needs for a real estate script that I want to launch. There are dozens of scripts out there - but they don't have what I need, or are too expensive, or run too slow, or are encrypted and hard to modify. I have a total budget of about $300 do get a site done and am looking to see if anyone here has something unique or compelling for real estate. The site is for people to list property in the US and Canada and it needs to have a and integrated business directory so vendors can advertise in areas with listings. If you have something existing or want to take this on (not using a wordpress template), send me a PM. I am not interested in generic scripts or all of the standard ones out there...
