I have a couple of brilliant ideas for some web apps, but I dont know any programming, so I need an experienced programmer to join me in my venture. I can't pay you but you will have the ownership of the code so you theoretically you own the webapp. If we make any profits, we split them. Anyone interested?
I guess dJango could work. But you need to be a very very good programmer, and you need to be very dedicated towards this project. We could be working on it for years before seeing any return.

One last tip – if you _do_ manage to find someone insane enough to code for equity p), they're probably going to want a little more than 50%! The logic is something like: Hrm, this guy spend two minutes typing an idea into a PM, and here I am, having slaved away over this app for three years... and we're still splitting equally?
Well, I do plan on designing the whole thing as well as marketing the entire thing. Plus the idea is one of the most important part. But at this point, yes I'll gladly offer more the 50% if I can get a talented programmer.
So you need a coder to work dedicated to this project for profit that could happen in years. Ok. I think you'll need more then one coder because they will surely die of starvation along the way.
