Looking for Programmer (allow user choose picutre size)

    Hello all,
    I have a wallpapers site, every picture have the orignal size and i would like to do it like that, if the original size is 1280X960 user will be able to choose:

    1024X768
    800X600

    Thats mean smaller resolution from the original size.
    Would like to hear your prices.
