Looking for Prices for a Design

    So a few friends and I are thinking about creating a site similar to http://www.explosm.net, where we will be creating our own funny/witty comics and all that jazz.

    Basically, I'm looking for designers to give me prices on a full design similar to that site (obviously not the same though, but similar in theory), and to show me their portfolios of previous work.

    If you are a designer and a coder, I'd be more inclined to use your service.

    Looking to spend as little as possible for a professional design, I have an idea of what this should cost, so please don't come up with ridiculous prices.
