I am looking for a fairly good Press release. It needs to be 600 -700 words and needs to be submitted to a decent amount of places. i pretty much have an open budget let me know.... i expect to get decent results. thank you
I run a PR firm, and I'll tell you flat out that 600-700 words is actually much too long for an effective press release. 300-400 words is perfectly adequate. Anything more than 500 words, and you severely damage your chances of getting real coverage because people simply don't read them. If your information can't be presented in a concise manner in less than 500 words, the release more than likely needs a lot of work. Just my $.02 as a professional in the area as a specialist in online PR.
