I'm trying to find directories that have PR3 or higher inner page for my directory to list. I would consider a featured listing as well. The page can be top category or sub-category. Possible categories: Web Directories Internet Business Advertising & Marketing I do prefer a one time fee, but a reasonable annual fee is welcomed.

Of the directories I have checked so far - followings have what you are looking for - www.ezilon.com www.spashdirectory.com www.dirjournal.com www.avivadirectory.com www.romow.com But pls keep in mind to check the category you are looking for. Except ezilon, other directories don't have it on every page.
