Looking for PPC That accept proxies, NOT ADBRITE!

    Hello

    Im looking for some PPC companies that accept proxies, and allow there ads on proxified pages and also allow you to choose your topic, and not just random get rich stuff like adbrite shows, or something like google where it matches your content.

    Adbrite WOULD be good but i get below 0.2% CTR with them, and my CPM banners get 1-3% CTR :)

    A list would be great

    Widgetbucks was recommended, but to be honest, it has crappy CTR just because of the topics are never ON TOPIC ;) So anymore? lol

    lilares how low? And i wish adtoll had a large square, they only have video in that size :(

    Still looking for PPC that pay VIA paypal that are good no crap
