    where i can promote Viagra, Accomplia etc

    Why would you bother with anything else, after all the three above run the show, with as you have it?

    1st Google,
    2nd Yahoo
    3rd MSN,

    IMHO I wouldn’t bother with anything else

    If you don't know the game good enough you will loose allot of money even in small engines.
    Why don't you do like all other viagra spammers( i mean promoters) :)
